Arduino Programming at YHS

Ethan Angle shows his Arduino circuit board in his Cell Apps
programming class. Ethan constructed an electronic circuit
and wrote a C++ based program to control the microprocessor
on the Arduino board.

Softball Finishes Successful Preseason

The YHS Softball Team wrapped up a very successful preseason
with a runner-up at the Tournament of Champions in Bullhead
City NV. The T-Birds are now ranked #2 in CIF, #6 in the state and
#24 nationally.

Adopt-A-Family at YHS

Principal Shad Kirkland, Heather Aguilar and Valerie Garza
prepare to deliver a much better Christmas to 30 underprivileged
families in the Yucaipa Valley. The 1st Annual YHS Adopt-A-Family
program coordinated with students, campus clubs, local families
and YHS staff to provide 100's of gifts and over $1500 worth of
food gift cards. The kindness and generosity of Yucaipa High
School's students, families and staff is amazing.á (video)
